looking for recommendations for people who create art across several mediums whos work I can explore.
Most art takes influences from other mediums of expression, like how music can be poetic, performing arts can be musical, comics and manga are use fine art to tell a story, fine art can be digital, etc. But I'm looking for something where several mediums are used to serve one artistic vision. Preferably someone who makes stuff that's more unconventional (maybe digital).
A close example I can think of is the game cruelty squad. I like how it combines villes passion for game design, graphic design, art, social commentary etc into one experience.
Another close example I can think of is Bjork. Biophilia especially combines visual art and technology with her love of nature and her own music to create it's own thing. Plus, she's into high fashion and can act.
I just want to consume some cool shit from cool people and less slop. ARGs seem promising, any good ones to get into? I've also heard about "escape room books" from a friend, any good ones? What about cool abstract webcomics that take advantage of technology through music or sfx or something?? Idk at this point
