Yes: I assume you already have studied plenty of Spanish, right!? Well, now watch a show you already know well, but dubbed into Spanish. No subtitles, just pay attention to the dialogue. If you already know the episodes very well, this'll help setting your ears and brain for Spanish. If you don't know the episodes that well, or don't quite remember them, watch the original and then the Spanish dub, and pause it once in a while and say out loud, in Spanish, what the next line of dialogue is gonna be.
Keep studying of course, but don't stress yourself. If you only have a few months until the test, stress is just gonna hinder your efforts.
