Certification brain dumps

No.1516094 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
I was preparing for my LPI Essentials exam today and came across a github repo that was supposedly the actual exam. I had previously taken the exam and failed by a single question. As I was taking the "practice" exam through the repo, I recognized a lot of the questions from the actual exam, and the comments that I found regarding the repo said that the exam was legitimate. I got 72/80, so I feel confident I'll pass this second time.

That being said... I saw another comment mentioning the site ITExams, and when I compared the questions on there against the repo, they were identical. This is making me wonder whether or not ITExams can be trusted for other exams, or if it just happens to be that the LPI 010-160 is the only legitimate brain-dump on the site.

What's everyone's experience using brain-dump sites for certs? I've taken the AWS SA Associate, Sec+, and A+ all legitimately, but I'm tired of doing these certs, and I have cert requirements for work.
