Seems like it might be Arknights concept art. You should try asking in /akg/. I looked through the foxgirls and didn't see a match but it is possible.

Alternately it's an original by https://www.pinterest.com/red_strone which seems less likely.

It seems likely that the artist is Lily Hoshino, known for creating the manga Otome Yōkai Zakuro, based on the artwork's style and characters.

I'm not so sure about that anon. The way the artist draws the eyes look very different to me. It also has an old feel to it, the pic up top looks much more modern if that makes sense.

Yeah, it is most likely Arknights stuff. So it's either cropped concept art from a book or it's a screenshot from a livestream.
Still no luck, the full picture/artist still cannot be found.

Found something similar to that art style, however, I couldn't find the exact image of this.
It's most likely a concept artist who's work is maybe only shown on stream or something.
