An old sketch where Dana Carvey is doing the internal monologue of a bored Bill Clinton at his wife’s speech. Visually it’s just crude portrait cutouts on popsicle sticks bobbing up and down. Aroused by a “hot little number” in the crowd, Bill frantically tries to shift his focus. Finally, he finds the “Kryptonite” to his “Super-Bill” is visualizing a certain “Dog-faced broad” (Nancy P).
First saw it in the 2000’s and thought I had a dl or bookmark, but nah. I don’t know what it’s called, where it’s from, or where to watch it, but I watched through all of the Dana Carvey show, and it was not on there. Any info is appreciated!
