Trying to figure out what the second sentence says in this low-resolution image of a bathroom sign.

I've puzzled out the first sentence is

IF YOU SPRINKLE WHEN YOU TINKLE PLEASE BE NEAT & WIPE THE SEAT

and that the third sentence is

A FLUSH IN TIME SAVES....OR JUST MAKE SURE YOU FLUSH!

but I can't make out the second sentence.
