>>1518761If you stand like a duck, stop. Tuck your pelvis slightly and engage your core. If your lower back is floating off the wall when you stand against it, flatten it out a bit. Sitting? Keep your feet flat, stop slouching, and don’t let your lower back arch like you’re trying to summon back pain. Sleeping? If you sleep on your back, throw a pillow under your knees. Side sleeper? Pillow between your legs.
If you do this stuff every day, stretches in the morning and before bed, strength exercises at least 4-5 times a week, you’ll start seeing a difference. Just don’t expect instant results. Your body’s been in bad alignment for a while, so fixing it takes actual consistency. Also, if your lower back starts hurting worse, back off and adjust.
TL;DR: Stretch your hip flexors, strengthen your glutes and core, fix your posture, and stop standing like a Fortnite default skin.
