>>1519005>did you signYes, the landlord has the right to enter for maintenance and repairs, but standard practice and many jurisdictions' laws require that landlords provide reasonable notice before entering, except in emergencies. They can't just do what they want.
>Who the fuck writes "total nigger death",Who doesn't? I wanted to say it, since it rolls off the tongue so easily, but I couldn't cause the walls are thin, so I wrote it down on a draft paper I was working on.
>Are you sure you weren't notified through an email or some other form?Just contacted them, and they stated that they had already informed me of upcoming renovations. Here's a qrd:
Renovations were planned for several dozen apartments. The work includes:
Upgrading electrical installations
Replacing kitchens
Renovating bathrooms
Refreshing paint and floors
Replacing all furniture (once the new furniture arrives)
That's the way they put it.
During the renovation period, I needed to temporarily move out of my room. Drop off my cleaned keys and pick up the keys to my temporary apt. Once my original apt was ready, I'd been notified and moved back in, returning the temporary apartment keys.
I assumed then that everything would be over. Turns out there's still the furniture; hence the last line
>Replacing all furniture (once the new furniture arrives)was supposed to foreshadow that, but that's fucking sneaky, and they're not telling me when they're entering.
