Hoarders collect sets of these but they aren't available to the general public for good reason. There's always white knights that will turn people in for copyright.

While not hoarder sites, some Distro will help others who have a known track record. That's why you see so many anonymous people build up a reputation for their online name by uploading and seeding as proof they aren't white knights or an employee of a copyright management company looking for low hanging fruit to sue.
