can any of you guys help me find an anime I watched in high school (roughly a decade ago) and can't find anymore?

I watched this episode maybe in 2015.

It opened with the shot of an anime girl ass riding a motorcycle going towards a super futuristic skyscraper in the distance. really scifi anime with sexy girls
