Women have been trying to stand up for theirselves and there has been a growing feminist movement, but it's been being pushed back hard by the government and men in general.
Mind you, this is happening because of the huge surge in hidden cameras in women's restrooms, in addition to molestation/harassment running rampant and the fact that a woman is murdered by her male partner nearly every single day in SK.
Seems reasonable that they'd want to do something about that. The only men who would find a problem with this are the ones who want to get away with such crimes themselves.
