tldr; I wanna do anime reviews on MAL but am struggling with balancing spoilers to avoid getting flagged. Any tips on how to do it?

Hey anon, I'm thinking about writing anime reviews on MAL, but I've noticed that most users there prefer reviews that avoid spoilers and act more like previews or recommendations. I get it, but it can be pretty dull since a lot of reviews already include mild to moderate spoilers without any issues, and they don’t even use spoiler tags. I wouldn't be too concerned about it if one of my reviews hadn’t been taken down for supposedly violating the guidelines. Not for spoilers, but for some other reason. It’s really frustrating, honestly. When I'm discussing shows with people who’ve already seen them, I feel free to share my thoughts. But when I’m trying to write a preview-style review, I find myself overthinking how much I can reveal. It feels restricting and mentally exhausting, especially with how unclear the boundaries are. A lot of people seem to tread that gray area, getting away with things that feel like they cross the line.

So, how do you manage this? Any tips for sharing original thoughts in reviews while keeping spoilers in check to avoid getting flagged?
