Hi. Why can't I open advanced settings? Buttons are inactive. My account is set as an admin. It's firewall settings page. Windows 10. New, refurbished laptop.

it opens Windows Defender's Firewall advancted settings. But why can't I access it normally?

My guess is either it thinks you're not an administrator, or there's a third-party firewall program installed, or it's some weird group policy bullshit. I haven't seen that happen before.
