Bitdefender Free. You really don't need the paid version even though it's cheap. It's as good as Kaspersky and uses fewer resources.

this. reinstalling windows is always going to be easier than running anti rootkits and doing full pc scans both in safe mode and normal with multiple AV programs, which is what you'd do if you wanted to be 100% sure.
