I've been trying to find a video off and on for years that's a mixture of Russian apartment bloc CCTV footage combined with Stronghold (the video game) sound effects and voice clips. I remember it specifically featured a belching trash chute. The closest I've gotten is a meme trend from a few years ago called "Russian FNAF" where it was the same idea but Five Nights at Freddy's instead of Stronghold. I first saw the meme passed around in 2021 on Discord.
