Is there any such thing as an external pc case fan hub that operates without a PC and also has argb? I've found a few external fan power supplies but none of them have argb support.

Can someone help me find something like this but with the ability to support at least 5 fans and have argb support?
If something like this doesn't exist, how would I go about making one myself?
