Trying to help a friend in Hong Kong spoof his way past the mainland Chinese firewall so he can get something digital for me. There seem to be location-based methods in place to keep anything from getting out. I'm told that the payment methods are different, too-- Alipay and Alipay HK seem to be different providers. Is there an online proxy or something that would facilitate this? Does anyone know much about doing this?
