Over a week ago my laptop’s SMART alert notified me of a failing drive. I attempted to pass this point at the time to clone it, but even now I cannot get past BIOS. Presuming I cannot boot past BIOS at this point, is it possible to take my new SSD, old SSD, and use another operational computer to clone the old drive to the new drive?

Also, why the hell can’t I post here without a file?
