I found the site on Google, then checked these "filters" on it, si I picked the "anime super hero" one because it had a kind of similar style to what I seemed to want. This was the first image to appear on it, and tried like 10 or more times trying to fix the hands over and weird poses by changing the prompt, but it didn't work, and almost every generated image had this "explosion effect" behind it, which I also couldn't remove.
After that I realized there was a "pixel art" part, so picked it and made this:

The thing about this particular image is that the veil looks like some kind of burka, but the character sprite doesn't seem to be wearing one, and it seems more like the second batch of images I tried.
I don't know if the same adjustment could be done with the other images, and maybe another prompted one for the ones with hats, because I didn't manage to get them fine.
