The book was made for middle schoolers I'm pretty sure. It was centered on a super villain. There were a lot of pictures almost like Diary of a Wimpy kid or big nate, but still plenty of text.
I remember he had a weird shaped helmet almost like Mordekaiser from League of Legends with the vertical prongs, and there would be focus on his outfit and different accessories as well as his gadgets. I don't remember a clear conflict in the book.
I'm pretty sure the title of the book was the same as the name of the character, and it was some comically evil name. Think of a name like 'Terminator'.
