There are programs that turn audio into text (speech to text)
And there are programs that can search for text in a text file

Thanks, but I don't need transcripts, I'm specifically interested in getting the timestamps of particular sentences.

Using speech-to-text software and ctrl-f'ing the output is unironically your best bet for something like this, as the transcripts they produce are usually accompanied by timestamps.
