Have a refurbished dell precision 3560 laptop that I bought a few months ago. Works great, but I've been noticing lately a strange issue with the battery/charging. Every time I plug it in to charge, the charging light lights up, turns off for a second, then remains on while it charges. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to stay on the second its plugged in and only turn off when its fully charged or unplugged.
Another issue is that sometimes the laptop still thinks its charging after I've unplugged it; the charging light would stay on, or even the battery icon on screen would have the charging one, sometimes going away if I plugged it in. If it doesn't, I have to turn the computer on and off and it goes back to normal.
Is my battery/charger fucking up? Is it my computer itself? I've tried pulling out a screw driver to pop open the back and look inside, but one of the screws refuses to come off and I can't get a good grip on it. I'm not sure what to do, I don't even know if there's any repair shops around my area.
