It's a Japanese website for posting world news and other stuff like porn, gore videos, happenings (usually bad stuff like war crimes, country does X thing, community sets man on fire for stealing candy etc). The website had its own categories for each thing and each post was like an article where they would talk about what happened, provide a video, and people could talk about said story in the replies. No one ever spoke any other language on the site if I remember correctly.
