Looking for an old internet comic. It was simple lineart in black and white. It had a shady guy dealing anime DVD's like it is a drug. He name drops Haibane Renmei (probably misspelled in the comic). This was way back in 2007-2008, when the meme "anime: drugs would be cheaper," was still a thing. The comic is not on Danbooru, Gelbooru, Safebooru, Sankaku, etc.
