I have an Onn smart TV and am trying to play something off a USB on it. I checked a pdf of the manual online (no idea where I put mine, but I’ve had the TV for a few years and never needed it before now). In media mode the TV detects the USB stick, but for some reason I can’t use the remote to navigate the menu even though the manual says you’re supposed to be able to. I can move the highlight with some buttons on the back, but for some reason there doesn’t seem to be a discernible way to move up, which I need to select the USB, or to even select what’s highlighted at all. Am I just retarded or is something broken here?
