You're my only hope.

I only know a clip. It's japanese live action. A guy (two guys?) stick a tube (large, orange) into a girls belly button. It like sucks out images and feeds into a tv maybe. All I really remember is the girl lifting up her shirt (not exposing anything) and the tube going to the tv. I saw this on 4chan years ago (like 20 years ago) so hopefully someone knows what Im talking about.
