I saw it here or in /IC/ a year ago.
It was a SpeedPaint of an anime girl seen from behind and she was wielding a long samurai blade or it felt like that.
The thing is that after finishing the line art, all around the background the artist was filling with a lot of captions, kinda like they did in Kill la Kill but it was a lot of captions of different languages, I recognized ones were in Spanish and Russian, and different colors. It was absurd animeish caption spam, but the result was looking fucking good.
