im noticing that whenever i disconnect from mullvad, i occasionally get an ip from the same endpoint i was using trying to connect to me but this only happens after i reboot my system after closing and disconnecting from mullvad and its always from the same exit node i was using.

already checked my pc for any sort of malware, dns leak, etc and its all clean so what gives? is mullvad glowie spyware or is there a legitimate reason their servers need to try and connect to me after reboots?
