Hello anons. I'm looking for the name of the type of effect the lettering in this comic panel has so I can look up more examples; the translucent vaporwave type effect it has. Also, I would like a way to replicate this effect with basic hollow shapes (circles, squares, triangles), MSPaint style so I can just draw them on an existing image. Is this possible? Ty
