That sounds familiar! It's this 2007 song from Newgrounds, "SuperDuperman".

So I am back to this old song again... can be heard at around 1m45s mark. Specifically 2nd half of my transcription.
It was the only thing on uploader's page and has long since been deleted, which leads me to believe it was a midi render of sorts.

But I didn't realize, the gif animation in OP is a tenor page.

Still, it's a rather big coincidence for me.
