Looking for a clip where a small anime girl is being instructed by an older girl at trying to sing a note properly but continuously fails at properly singing it. If I remember correctly the older girl repeats "chigau!" over and over having the smaller girl repeat the exercise, but she keeps failing. Picture is how I roughly recall the scene.
