I'm looking for what is either a music video, a movie, or an episode of a TV show I saw nearly two decades ago, no later than 2010, likely on DVD. It's live-action. I only remember one scene from it, where two men wearing white clothing, including white button-up shirts, are leaning in to stare at a small red gemstone on a brick wall beside a road or paved area. I recall one of them having blond hair. They chant something twice, I vaguely recall three syllables (“as(?) uuuu wuurrr”, “as yuuu uuuhhh”) that may have spelled out an actual phrase, something like “as you would”, “as your world” or “as you will”, but I can’t say for certain. After they finish chanting, the gemstone begins to rapidly increase in size. After it becomes large enough to fill the entire screen, I remember there being shadowy, disembodied heads, either reflections on the gemstone or floating in some strange ‘void’ within it.

I’m not entirely sure if exists, especially because my memory of it seems like a fever dream, with the gemstone growing so large that it escaped the confines of the screen I watching it on and engulfed me completely. I think, however, that as foggy as my memory of it is, I think it’s just clear and coherent enough to have not been a dream.

I’ve made a shitty recreation of what I remember of it. I tried using ChatGPT to find it, even using my recreation as a reference, but so far, I’ve been unable to narrow it down enough.
