There was some popular vid awhile back where some asian dude with long hair, who never reacts to anything as his gimmick, says "nice ass" emotionlessly and turns out on the other screen it was a child and he instantly goes "OH SHIT" then it cuts to a FBI dancing.

Tried googling for a hour and im stumped. Any help appreciated.
