tl;dr Synthesizer Music adapted to Industrial / Noise genre aesthetics (which aren't necessarily electronic music). Bit of a genre that doesn't fit anywhere because very few music scenes cared to produce stuff like that, like 95% of the genre is movie / videogame soundtracks. And like 80% of all albums with dark ambient inevitably have electronic industrial tracks on it.
