A friend found these animation cels at a flea market and is trying to figure out what animes they are from, if anybody could point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated.

This first one I cant tell if its from "Brave Express Might Gaine" or "Brave Police J-Decker"

Can't find the exact robot for it.
