Often you can find scans of anime artworks with wildly different colors from a lower resolution digital release, is there a way to know what corrections you need to make to get one to look like the other? Or some non-AI program that automatically does this or is it always image specific?

I have two images and I want the catbox one to have colors like in the OP. Tried correcting saturation/hue/value but can't get it to look the same.
