Any idea on stitching this 3D parallax scene from Metropolis 2001?

Here's the clip selection and frames I extracted to stitch from: https://mega.nz/file/d05xELyC#mqi7Z6VEN5NUW0hYIKhU_vLb4S52jE8ChJihPbQ2NNQ

I have to admit, I pretty much stitch simple panning shots that has little to no parallax or a mostly panning shot with one or two subjects with parallax. Safe to say this is way beyond anything I dealt with.

I pretty much stick with Lightroom Classic that has the best automatic stitching capabilities with simple but effective choices without overwhelming me with 40 buttons to deal with. Its kinda done the stitching job, but with obvious cut offs and warping.

Also tried 3 separate stitches for one final stitch.

Also tried feeding it into Lumalabs as a gaussian splatting with very suboptimal results: https://i.imgur.com/3xKzG2Y.png
