I need examples of sites with .cfc files I can mess with. I'm trying to have a local ColdFusion environment that acts as a proxy to another website, but I keep running into "Connection failure"

I kinda suspect sure the real cause has to do with the original site having an expired cert. So 1) I don't know what to do about that and 2) I figured as a sanity check I should try connecting to .cfc files on a different site, but where?
