My mouse has been jerky ever since I installed a new GPU (Radeon 6700 XT to a Geforce 4060)

I used Display Driver Uninstaller in safe mode, deleted everything, started fresh, and the problem still lingers.

Usually when I turn it on after a nights rest it's terrible until I restart it and then it's manageable.

Any thoughts? Picnotrel
