Can someone please tell me how to reset my IP so that I can continue to troll reddit and Instagram? I'm perma ip banned from both sites. Will using a vpn work?

if your provider supports dynamic ip's that is if not you're fucked

you're going to have to do a lot more than reset your ip address to get around a permaban from reddit or instagram. pretty much all vpns are banned from those sites too.

Ok so the 10 seconds trick didn't work. But I do know that reddit doesn't have my mobile data banned, so maybe there's a chance to use a vpn
