My friend was wondering if any of the people working about Ubisoft or Microsoft or wherever have access to footage of female players dancing on just dance if they're using a Kinect or their phone to score themselves since both obviously have cameras.
Is there something hidden in the terms of service or whatever saying that they have the right to record and store all that footage for quality control or whatever?
