Help me identify this movie I saw on a supermarket TV on display when I was a teen? This was somewhere in the early 2000s. It was a horror/gore movie where a disembodied hand walked around and killed people. One of the deaths was in some sort of garage where the victim was strapped to the top of a vehicle, raised with some sort of hydraulic and crushed against the ceiling. That's all I remember.
