What I want are recommendations for capture cards that can get low latency on a computer using USB ouput. It is expected to get some delay when using USB output instead of HDMI passthrough, but how much varies surely. This is for a laptop with no HDMI input yuo see. Ideally under 50ms delay but around 100ms is an acceptable maximum for my use case. Mid quality card I currently have and might return for a variety of reasons has like something between 150ms to 200ms latency even with caching set to 0ms in VLC. Does such a card exist?
