I'm looking for an old video, it must've been more than 10 years ago that I saw it for the first time. It's a video of a little weird looking white dude who clearly has some kind of disorder/deformity (small mouth/facial features). And he's just like in his room recording himself talking (to his followers I guess?) but he pretty much speaks unintelligibly & in ebonics? He might be wearing a hoodie, but I might be misremembering.
