>>1535267no chance on a cheap backwards compatible ps3, those are very sought after in my experience. i'd recommend just buying a used ps3 and modding it. i got mine for about $70 (although i'm sure you could find one for less) + a 512gb ssd for $25. they're very easy to mod with plenty of tutorials and so far has been able to play every game i've been interested in for the ps1 and ps2. the only downside so far has been the fact that decent oem controllers are basically impossible to find for a good price and dogshit knock-offs are literally everywhere. i'd personally recommend investing in the retro fighters compatible controller, but if your budget is microscopic then i've heard there's also a plugin you can use to get most usb controllers working.
