Look at what I have to deal with every day? Every time I turn on the PC, windows goes crazy and hogs the disk for an hour or two, doing who knows what in the background. Sometimes it's the installer like today. Other days it's window's malware protection. But it's always something, every time I turn on the computer. Without fail, windows hogs the disk for a long time.

And then after it finally calms down, every time it detects my tablet pen, the fan starts whirring like mad, as if it's doing some intensive work. It's literally just tracking my pen. What the hell.

Does anyone know what's wrong with my machine? This is abnormal behavior.
