It has something to do with Clip Studio Paint as it only started happening after I installed CSP. It'll mostly come back when moving but then when I stop it it disappears again. This happens for like two minutes every half hour or so then it's fine again. Please help I have no idea what to do or what could be causing this and plebbit has no answers.
