Pretty sure I got linked to it from here like a year ago but I can't find the thread in my bookmarks. It was a simple (maybe japanese??) site, that would give you random stick-figure type images in a pose. You couldn't adjust the pose, just generate a new one, and the stick figure was very simple. You're able to draw right on top the figure to give it a complete body, it's not meant as a reference tool. The intent of it was to sort of get you comfortable with anatomy and pose angles and foreshortening.
