Does japan have video essay, retrospective, deep dives, analysis and what not? What do they call them?

Some Japanese professors make fun informative videos, but there isn’t a catch all term like video essays. Maybe look up something along the lines of "Sensei explains" and then a topic you’re interested in. There was a cool old guy on YouTube that talks about dinosaurs. I’ve also found but essentially is a high school teacher that talks and explains stuff while drawing art (really pretty art) with chalk.

No it's because it uses the Yukkuri Reimu/Yukkuri Marisa meme characters with their corresponding TTS

感想 for impressions, especially useful for written blogs
search this along with the name of the media, but that genre of video and the dunning kruger effect it promotes isn't nearly as prevalent as it is in the west (and that's a good thing)
