I don't remember what it is, only that it's live-action, and that I saw it years ago, no later than 2008-10, likely on some bootleg (Chinese?) DVD. I can recall only one scene. In this scene, two men, wearing the same white shirts and pants, are standing beside a street in a suburb on an overcast day. They are leaning in to stare at a small red gemstone on a brick wall. They chant something (I don't remember what they were saying), and then the gemstone starts to grow rapidly in size, quickly filling the entire view of the camera. The scene then shifts to a reflection on the gemstone of shadowy floating heads in a red void or room of some kind, slowly approaching the camera. Some kind of synthetic or electronic music was playing throughout. I’ve made a shitty recreation in the YouTube video below.
